A beautiful addition to Vivid Sydney festival this year at Martin Place is the transformation of the MLC building into an urban tree. The tree shoots up from a seed, slowly spreading its branches and before you know the building is covered with lush green leaves providing a natural habitat for birds, insects and butterflies. This light projection has been mastered exceptionally well blending the architecture of the building seamlessly into a living tree. Kudos to the people behind this idea and for highlighting the importance of greenery for the existence of all forms of life. To know more please visit Vivid Sydney website .

<h1> Opera House Projection - Paint Splashes from Vivid 2014</h1> Here is one of the Vivid Projections on the Opera House from 2014. The effect of someone sprinkling paint from a brush was nicely captured and projected on to the Sails of the Opera House. Enter the Ghost House at Vivid Sydney Ghost House at Vivid Enter the Ghost land at Vivid Sydney 2014 . Okay firstly, this is actually not a ghost house. The image was captured during the light show @Vivid festival and the transformation of colour during this 2 second exposure actually gave a spooky feel to it which I liked very much. The clock below the lit windows just adds to the mood. On a second thought this can be used as The Addams Family set, if they ever plan to remake the movie..lol. Sky Flower is the new addition to Vivid Sydney at Martin Place this year. Petals of  Sky Flower  unfold in a moving hymn of ever-changing colour accompanied by fast paced and rightly matched music .

Captured this moment while photographing one of the Vivid Sydney events at Martin Place, you can see the blue colour cast reflected on the walls from the event.

Lets play the game at Vivid Sydney Festival. The events were truly amazing this time at the Vivid festival and the display of lights literally took many breaths away. There were lot of innovative ideas which made into the foray and I was also delighted that the festival expanded its grounds to include Martin Place as well with a dazzling display of lights.
